Welcome to XEMORIX.
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the XEMORIX website, online store, products, features, and related services. Throughout these Terms, XEMORIX, we, us, and our refer to XEMORIX LLC.
By visiting our website, creating an account, placing an order, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms, together with any policies referenced here, including our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Return and Refund Policy.

1. USING OUR WEBSITE
You may use our website and services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

3. ORDERS
Submitting an order does not necessarily mean that the order has been finally accepted. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including in cases involving suspected fraud, payment problems, pricing or inventory errors, product unavailability, or other legitimate business reasons.
If we cancel an order after payment has been successfully collected, we will refund the applicable amount to the original payment method.

We will make a reasonable effort to assist when possible. However, once an order has entered processing or preparation for shipment, we may not be able to change or cancel it.
Returns and refunds are handled according to our Return and Refund Policy.
4. PRICING, PAYMENT, AND BILLING
Prices displayed on our website are shown in the currency indicated at checkout and may change from time to time.
The price applicable to your purchase is the price displayed when your order is submitted, subject to correction of obvious pricing or technical errors.
Applicable taxes, shipping charges, duties, or other charges will be displayed or calculated where required and when available during checkout.
By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method and that the information you provide is accurate.
Promotional offers, discount codes, and special pricing may be subject to separate conditions, expiration dates, eligibility requirements, or product exclusions.
5. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Orders are generally processed within 2–5 business days.
After processing and shipment, estimated delivery within the United States is generally 4–8 business days. International delivery is generally estimated at 10–30 business days after shipment.
These delivery windows are estimates rather than guarantees. Actual delivery times may be affected by carrier operations, customs processing, severe weather, holidays, address issues, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. If you discover an address error, please contact us as soon as possible. We will make a reasonable effort to help before the order is processed or shipped, but we cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once fulfillment or shipment has begun.
If your tracking information shows an unusual delay, your package arrives damaged, you receive an incorrect item, or you believe there is another delivery problem, please contact us at info@xemorix.com. We will review the circumstances and determine the appropriate next step based on the available information and our applicable policies.

6. RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Eligible purchases may be returned within 30 days after delivery, subject to the conditions and exclusions stated in our Return and Refund Policy.
Items generally must be returned in the same condition in which they were received: unworn or unused, with original tags and original packaging, together with proof of purchase.
Certain products or transactions may not be eligible for return, including final-sale items, gift cards, customized or personalized products, and items that have been worn, washed, altered, damaged after delivery, or returned without required original tags or packaging.
Do not send a return without first contacting us and receiving return instructions.

7. DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS
Please inspect your order after delivery.
If an item arrives damaged or defective, or if you receive an item different from what you ordered, contact us promptly at info@xemorix.com with your order information and details about the issue.
We may request photographs or other reasonable information to evaluate the claim. Once reviewed, we will determine the appropriate resolution in accordance with our policies and applicable law.
This provision does not limit any rights available to you under applicable consumer-protection law.

Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of XEMORIX intellectual property to you.

Our online store is hosted using Shopify's commerce platform.
Although Shopify provides technology that helps operate our online store, purchases made from XEMORIX are transactions between you and XEMORIX, subject to these Terms and our applicable store policies.

If an order must be canceled because of a material error after payment has been collected, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

18. INDEMNIFICATION
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold XEMORIX harmless from third-party claims, losses, liabilities, and reasonable costs arising directly from your unlawful use of our services, your material violation of these Terms, or your infringement of another person's rights.
This provision does not require you to indemnify XEMORIX for conduct for which XEMORIX is legally responsible.
19. SEVERABILITY

The remaining provisions will continue in effect.

23. INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS
Customers purchasing from outside the United States may have additional rights under the laws applicable in their jurisdiction.
Where mandatory consumer-protection laws provide rights that cannot legally be waived or restricted by these Terms, those rights remain unaffected.
International shipments may also be subject to customs requirements, import procedures, taxes, or duties imposed by the destination country, as described in our Shipping Policy.
